When we came into this project, the 1970’s home had never been renovated in all its beach-paradise glory. Our clients sought comfortable, coastal luxury, so we maximized the small space by minimizing restrictive elements like overhead soffits and improved flow by rethinking door swings. Most of the home is neutral in color, so we added a touch of blue to the kitchen cabinets, where we splurged on a special tile with a subtle pattern. In styling the home, we led with organic elements like stone and textiles to elevate the level of luxury. Bespoke furnishings and original art add the personal and unique elements.
